An asexual is a person who does not experience sexual attraction. That does NOT mean that asexuals don't have sex. People often confuse asexuals with "celibate people." People who choose to be celibate may want to have sex, but do not. Asexuals usually just don't want to have sex. Some asexuals may enjoy sex, and this does not invalidate their identity. Just because someone may not experience immediate sexual attraction does not mean they don't enjoy sex. Celibate people choose to be celibate and not all asexuals want sex. Celibacy is a choice, which is why it is different from being asexual.
This raises a discussion question I have for you guys:
Do asexuals who enjoy sex choose to be celibate at time?
